EP-569 Case Report: An unusual case of prodigious Gigantomastia with macroprolactinemia and suspected autoimmune disease

Abstract Macroprolactinemia is characterized by most authors, as a benign condition with no clinical implications. Gigantomastia the progressive breast enlargement, usually bilateral. Due to its rare presentation, fewer numbers of cases have been reported and association has yet be fully established. It presented during puberty pregnancy hyperprolactinemia, macroprolactinemia, autoimmune diseases are but in small numbers. Its management improving symptoms it varies from case case. A 47 female premenopausal sudden onset massive enlargement bilateral without galactorrhea over 18 months. She also noticed joint pain swelling her enlargement. was referred clinic for managing breast-related associated gigantomastia like mastalgia, neck back pain, postural issues, recurrent skin eruptions. Her serum investigation showed Prolactin level 1708 mIU/L an endocrinologist rule out prolactinoma. underwent reduction total 12 KG tissue both breasts were removed she under further diseases. The present report followed this patient diagnosis, surgical intervention, establishing any other condition. Even though erratic entity, timely conditions hyperprolactinemia or macroprolactinemia arthritis essential efficacious outside reproductive age group needs research.
